My journey with Harley Hair DX has been smooth and straightforward with an initial face to face meeting to assess my hair loss, followed by a biopsy at the clinic and blood tests to carry out at home. After the results of these tests I had another consultation via zoom to discuss my results and the best way forward for me. I then started my treatment plan and 10 months in the results are very promising.

In January 2024, in a flurry of panic having noticed a considerable amount of hair loss, I found (Harleyhairdx) online, and instantly booked an appointment so that I could pursue the route of a hair transplant.
On my initial consultation, it was discussed that perhaps I wasn’t experiencing a normal amount of hair loss, and in fact this could indeed be Front Fibrosing Alopecia, and I was booked in for a biopsy with Dr Baiyat.
Terrified of needles, blood, and anything including having my skin cut at, I was indeed a terrified and a mess, but Dr Baiyat was incredibly calming and patient with me, making the procedure as smooth as possible.
With the test results confirming that I did show areas of FFA, Dr Baiyat prescribed me with medication to ‘burn out’ the autoimmune disease. I have now been on this medication for 2 years and am in the process of coming off of it, having not suffered any hair loss for over a year and a half.
This whole 2 years, I have felt in very safe in Dr Baiyat’s hands. Hair loss can be such a tough and scary thing, especially as a woman, but Dr B’s calming nature made me feel so much better. I feel so pleased with how the medication has helped and am pleased to feel more confident about my hair line.
My only regret is not going sooner!!
