Dr Baiyat started her journey in the hair treatment industry over the past few years, working closely with one of the leading hair surgeons at Wimpole Clinic to develop her skills further. She feels passionate about treating her patients holistically and delivering individualised care.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Leicester in 2002, she chose to focus her career on specialties related to women’s health, particularly Obstetrics and Gynaecology. In 2004, she was awarded a diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, followed by a diploma in Pain Management from the University of Edinburgh in 2009. More recently, Dr. Baiyat has expanded her expertise in hair health by gaining a Postgraduate Certificate in Hair Sciences and Trichology with distinction. This has strengthened her understanding of hair loss, its underlying causes, and effective, evidence-based management approaches, while also incorporating emerging and innovative therapies.

She has been a qualified General Practitioner since 2006 and is a senior partner at her practice since 2010. Dr Baiyat has a breadth of experience in women’s health including hormones, HRT and dermatology. Dr Baiyat has extensive knowledge in skin conditions and scalp issues; she has completed training including trichology accreditation and recently travelled to Barcelona to build on her surgical training into the use of Autologous Stems cells transplantation and the use of exosomes.

Professionally, she has witnessed the impact of hair loss to both women and men with the devastation that it causes and the lack of medical treatment options available.

She is a member of the British Medical Association, the Royal College of General Practitioners and is a registered doctor on the General Medical Council.
